Jamie Lynn Vessels has already taken the Red Boots Roots stage by storm twice and has proven to be an RBR fan favorite. SInce her last appearance in 2017, Jamie has also released a new record, "Storm Coming."  And her live shows just keep getting better and better.   Simply stated, we're in for another great night of music and friends at Red Boots Roots. Here is a sample of what to expect, taken from the legendary Red Boots Roots Cayamo Fais Do Do in February:

Originally from Raleigh, NC, Jamie graduated with a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology with a certificate in Forensic Criminology from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell, and an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensics from Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire.

Jamie soon felt a calling to another way of life. She traveled to Louisiana from her home town in North Carolina and decided to explore her lifelong musical passion.

With an unusual start, this newcomer exploded onto the music scene in late 2012 to rave reviews at open mics and acoustic shows. She officially began her career at the start of 2013 by jumping feet-first into the studio in New Orleans to record 15 of her original songs with world-class musicians and a top-notch production crew.

Jamie's ability to weave beautiful stories through her intricate lyrics and sweet, folksy strings stems from her own life experiences as well as everyday human observation. We all strive for the same out of this life: to be loved, to be healed, and to have some fun along the way. Jamie's music is exactly that -- a reflection of human nature, its resilience and its celebrations.

Doors will be at 7:00 with the music starting at 8:00. As always, we ask for a suggested donation of $20 per person, all of which will go to the artist.

We look forward to seeing you.
